Myself and 5 others rented a property from Piney. The application process was seamless and the application quickly processed (especially considering the complexity of a tenancy agreement split 6 ways). During the tenancy our agent was extremely helpful, any small issues with the property were resolved promptly. The viewings and inspections were always carried out with plenty of notice and flexibility depending on our situation(s). I highly recommend renting with piney. Excellent service all round

Very fast at responding to my interests in a house and was able to organise a viewing immediately at a time that suited me perfectly. Viewing was just me so it felt more personal and ultimately ended up renting the location. Staff were friendly and professional when calling in with documents. There was also no application fees which is always very refreshing and removes that feeling of daylight robbery. There was a small issue with the kitchen sink in the property, piney was able to get this issue resolved inside the first week and provided me with the contact details for the plumber to arrange a time best suited around me. All round great experience and smooth rental

We've rented through Piney for three years now (specifically Byron) and have nothing but good things to say. If we ever had issues ie something needed fixed, he arranged for someone to come out and fix it within a day or two. Everyone we've spoken to have been so helpful. Email queries were also answered immediately. Excellent in every way - couldn't recommend Piney enough!
